Service includes working sessions with a seasoned marketing and strategy consultant. Format can range from a 1-hour brainstorming session on a focused topic to a multi-session series of workshops on a comprehensive set of topics. Topics can include how to approach product features, how to think about a business problem or goal, what to consider in hiring a marketing resource, and more. Deliverables can include recaps of sessions, worksheets, document with next steps, a strategic marketing plan, or another tool that will help you.

Marketing Plans

Service includes development of a comprehensive strategic marketing plan. Consultant will meet with client to learn more about the product or service, business objectives and goals, and any other relevant information. Exact project deliverable will be mutually agreed upon but may include a content audit, competitive analysis, target audience details, marketing KPIs to track, recommended marketing tactics, and execution plan. Execution can also be included.

Competitive Analysis

Service includes comprehensive research on a predetermined number of competitor or peer companies / organizations for a business plan and/or marketing plan. Specific marketing channels, types of content, or business features to be reviewed will be mutually agreed upon prior to start of project. Project deliverable will be a deck in the format of client’s choosing (Google Slides, Keynote, Powerpoint).
